After my oldest daughter watched an episode of Daniel Tiger, she came away wanting to make strawberry pancakes. So of course in an effort to feed my girls healthy alternatives, I decided to go the buckwheat route.
I doubled the recipe, used almond milk and coconut oil.
Once the batter was mixed and on the griddle I added a few organic chopped strawberries to the top. Once ready, I flipped them until golden on the other side.
My Chloe got her strawberry pancakes buckwheat style!
